The first volume in the African Language Literatures in Translation series (edited by me and Chris Ouma, published by University of Georgia Press) is now available. It’s Tsitsi Mutiti’s translation of Ignatius Mabasa’s Shona classic, The Mad (Mapenzi). You can find it here.
