I am an assistant professor of Comparative Literature and African Studies at the University of Georgia. Prior to arriving at UGA, I taught at the American University of Beirut and the University of Edinburgh. I received my Ph.D. in Comparative Literature and African Studies from the Pennsylvania State University.
