A Fitter Me Now – Days 7, 8 & 9
Hi all
Finally got round to updating you on my diet…
Here’s what i’ve eaten & drank over the last three days:
SUNDAY
Breakfast – Bran Flakes, Soya Milk (195 Cals)
Drink – Green Tea (0 Cals)
Snack – Nothing
Lunch – Fish Fingers (x 2) & Oven Chips (627 Cals)
Snack – Nothing
Evening Meal – Rump steak, Oven Chips & mixed veg (861 Cals)
Dessert – Chocolate Mousse ( 150 Cals)
Drink – Green Tea (0 Cals)
Overall 1833 calories which is good. I spent the day out in the park with my kids so got plenty of exercise.The evening meal was my wifes valentines gift….yum!!
MON
Breakfast – Nothing (Got up late)
Drink – Green Tea (0 Cals)
Snack – Banana (89 Cals)
Lunch – Nothing (ill)
Snack – Banana (89 Cals)
Evening Meal – Bran Flakes, Soya Milk (195 Cals)
Overall 373 calories which is very low but I was ill with a bad stomach so I drank water and had an early night.
TUESDAY
Breakfast – Banana (89 Cals)
Drink – Green Tea (0 Cals)
Snack – Orange (47 Cals)
Lunch – Chicken & boiled rice in Honey & Mustard (890 Cals)
Snack – Nothing
Evening Meal - Spaghetti Bolognaise (710 Cals)
Drink – Green Tea (0 Cals)
Overall 1736 calories which again is good. Despite the previous days illness I’ve had a good day today and have done alot of walking too.
