A Fitter Me Now – Days 28 thru 31

Hi all

Here’s my final entry for my months diet:

SUN

Breakfast – Tesco breakfast plain snackbar (75 Cals)
Drink – Green Tea (0 Cals)

Snack – Nothing

Lunch - Chicken Roast, boiled potatoes, mixed vegtables & gravy (405 Cals)

Snack – Nothing

Evening Meal – Nothing

Overall 480 calories which is excellent. I also did alot of walking so good exercise.

MON

Breakfast – Tesco breakfast plain snackbar (75 Cals)
Drink – Green Tea (0 Cals)

Snack – Orange (47 Cals)

Lunch – Beef stir fry (450 Cals)

Snack – Banana (89 Cals)

Evening Meal – Homemade Chicken Curry & Boiled rice (812 Cals)

Overall 1473 which is again good. ALOT of walking – I’m knackered!!

TUE

Breakfast – Tesco breakfast plain snackbar (75 Cals)
Drink – Green Tea (0 Cals)

Snack – Banana (89 Cals)

Lunch – Vegetable stir fry  (400 Cals)

Snack – Banana (89 Cals)

Evening Meal -  Spaghetti Bolagnaise  (710 Cals)
Drink – Green Tea (0 Cals)

Overall 1363 calories which is great. Another good day.

WEDS

Breakfast – Tesco breakfast plain snackbar (75 Cals)
Drink – Green Tea (0 Cals)

Snack – Banana (89 Cals)

Lunch – Beef stir fry (450 Cals)

Snack – Banana (89 Cals)

Evening Meal -  Chilli con carne (710 Cals)
Drink – Green Tea (0 Cals)

Overall 1413 calories which again is great Walking around site has left me knackered but food exercise.

Final Comment – Despite the total lack of exercise (except for alot of walking) I ‘ve lost 3lbs in a month. Take into account the fact I drank alcohol on occasions and also junk food it just goes to show that following the basics of my program works well.
