A Fitter Me Now – Days 21 thru 27

Hi all

Here’s what i’ve eaten & drank over the last week:

SUN

Breakfast – Bran Flakes, Soya Milk (195 Cals)
Drink – Green Tea (0 Cals)

Snack – Nothing

Lunch – Gammon Roast, boiled potatoes, mixed vegtables & gravy (456 Cals)

Snack – Nothing

Evening Meal - Nothing

Drink - Beer – 5 pints (945 Cals)

Overall 1596 calories which is good despite the beer. I did alot of walking so good exercise.

MON

Breakfast – Banana (89 Cals)
Drink – Green Tea (0 Cals)

Snack – Orange (47 Cals)

Lunch – Beef stir fry (450 Cals)

Snack – Banana (89 Cals)

Evening Meal – Homemade Chicken Curry & Boiled rice (812 Cals)

Overall 1487 which is again good. No exercise though – naughty!!

TUE

Breakfast - Tesco breakfast plain snackbar (75 Cals)
Drink – Green Tea (0 Cals)

Snack - Banana (89 Cals)

Lunch - Vegetable stir fry  (400 Cals)

Snack – Banana (89 Cals)

Evening Meal -  Spaghetti Bolagnaise  (710 Cals)
Drink – Green Tea (0 Cals)

Overall 1363 calories which is excellent but only walking as exercise which if I did some would mean i’d have shed alot more weight.

WEDS

Breakfast – Tesco breakfast plain snackbar (75 Cals)
Drink – Green Tea (0 Cals)

Snack - Banana (89 Cals)

Lunch – Beef stir fry (450 Cals)

Snack – Banana (89 Cals)

Evening Meal -  Chilli con carne (710 Cals)
Drink – Green Tea (0 Cals)

Overall 1413 calories which again is great Walking around site has left me knackered but food exercise.

THURS

Breakfast – Tesco breakfast plain snackbar (75 Cals)
Drink – Green Tea (0 Cals)

Snack - Banana (89 Cals)

Lunch – Beef stir fry (450 Cals)

Snack – Banana (89 Cals)

Evening Meal -  Chips & fish fingers (600 Cals)
Drink – Green Tea (0 Cals)

Overall 1303 calories which is good. Plus a 5 mile walk round site so plenty of exercise.

FRI

Breakfast – Tesco breakfast plain snackbar (75 Cals)
Drink – Green Tea (0 Cals)

Snack - Banana (89 Cals)

Lunch - Mixed Grill (800 Cals)

Snack - Nothing (0 Cals)

Evening Meal -  Chicken Curry & Boiled rice  (950 Cals)

Drink - Beer – 5 pints  (945 Cals)

Overall 2859 calories which is BAD and I should be punished…… But it is a Friday so i’m letting myself off…

SAT

Breakfast – Tesco breakfast plain snackbar (75 Cals)
Drink – Green Tea (0 Cals)

Snack - Toast – 2 slices (89 Cals)

Lunch - 5 pints carling (945 Cals)

Snack -  2 x Cheese & onion baps & 2 x Salmon baps (700 Cals)

Evening Meal -  Beef stir fry (450 Cals)

Overall 2259 calories which is below my limit so not too bad but no more beer for a week….honest
