Sorry I’ve not updated my log of recent having just come out of hospital so here goes…
Here’s what i’ve eaten & drank over the last six days:
MON
Breakfast – Bran Flakes, Soya Milk (195 Cals)
Drink – Green Tea (0 Cals)
Snack – Nothing
Lunch – Chicken & boiled rice in Honey & Mustard (890 Cals)
Snack – Nothing
Evening Meal – Spaghetti Bolognaise (710 Cals)
Drink – Green Tea (0 Cals)
Overall 1795 calories which is good. I spent the day walking round site with computer equipment so good exercise.
TUE
Breakfast – Banana (89 Cals)
Drink – Green Tea (0 Cals)
Snack – Orange (47 Cals)
Lunch – B eef stir-fry (450 Cals)
Snack – Banana (89 Cals)
Evening Meal – Chicken Curry & Boiled rice (950 Cals)
Overall 1625 which is again good but I’m not feeling to good…IBS playing up.
WED
Breakfast – Nothing (0 Cals)
Drink – Green Tea (0 Cals)
Snack – Nothing (0 Cals)
Lunch – Nothing (0 Cals)
Snack – Nothing
Evening Meal - Nothing (0 Cals)
Drink – Green Tea (0 Cals)
Overall 0 calories which is due to be in hospital with severe IBS..
THURS
Breakfast – Nothing (0 Cals)
Drink – Green Tea (0 Cals)
Snack – Nothing (0 Cals)
Lunch – Roast chicken & Chips (600 Cals)
Snack – Nothing
Evening Meal - Chilli con carne (710 Cals)
Drink – Green Tea (0 Cals)
Overall 1310 calories which again is great But i’ve eaten small portions to see if i’d keep the food down. So far so good…
FRI
Breakfast – Bran Flakes, Soya Milk (195 Cals)
Drink – Green Tea (0 Cals)
Snack – Nothing (0 Cals)
Lunch – vegetable stir-fry (420 Cals)
Snack – Crisps (120 Cals)
Evening Meal - Chips & fish fingers (600 Cals)
Drink – Green Tea (0 Cals)
Overall 1335 calories which is good considering i’m still abit rough. Plus a 5 mile walk round site so plenty of exercise.
SAT
Breakfast – Bran Flakes, Soya Milk (195 Cals)
Drink – Green Tea (0 Cals)
Snack – Crisps (85 Cals)
Lunch – Ham & tomato sandwich (350 Cals)
Snack – Nothing
Evening Meal - Spaghetti Bolognaise (710 Cals)
Drink – Green Tea (0 Cals)
Overall 1340 calories which again is good. But after a rough week i’m glad things are getting back to normal.
