A Fitter Me Now – Days 13 & 14

Hi all

Here’s what i’ve eaten & drank over the last two days:

SAT

Breakfast – Bran Flakes, Soya Milk (195 Cals)
Drink – Green Tea (0 Cals)

Snack – Nothing

Lunch – Chicken cob/bap (whatever you call it)  (155 Cals)

Beer – 5 pints Carling – Footie (945 Cals)

Evening Meal – Beef Roast, stuffing, roast potatoes, boiled potatoes, stuffing & gravy (856 Cals)
Drink – Green Tea (0 Cals)

Overall 2151 calories which ok (ish). Not much exercise today except jumping up & down (& swearing) at the screen .

SUN

Breakfast – Bran Flakes, Soya Milk (195 Cals)
Drink – Green Tea (0 Cals)

Snack – Nothing

Lunch – Tuna & chicken with mustard dressing (311 Cals)

Snack – Nothing

Evening Meal – Gammon Roast, boiled potatoes, mixed vegtables & gravy (456 Cals)

Overall 962 calories which is much better!!

Tomorrow I’ll weigh myself and see how much i’ve lost/gained…
