A Fitter Me Now – Day 6
Hi all
Happy Valentines day to all. As it’s Valentines Day I’ve over endulged a little so the calories are going to be high. But I did go for a 4 mile walk with kids (they loved it – honest!!)
Not following the A Fitter You Now program here’s what i’ve eaten & drank on Saturday.
Breakfast – Bran Flakes, Soya Milk (195 Cals)
Drink – Green Tea (0 Cals)
Snack – Nothing (0 Cals)
Lunch – Sausage & Bacon sarnie (1102 Cals)
Snack – Nothing (0 Cals)
Evening Meal – Pizza (2192 Cals)
Drink – Green Tea (0 Cals)
Overall 3489 calories which is terrible!! However, the 4 mile walk did help..
