A Fitter Me Now – Day 5

Hi all

Well today’s been a good day

Following the A Fitter You Now program (unlike yesterday) here’s what i’ve eaten & drank today.

Breakfast – Bran Flakes, Soya Milk & Banana (195 Cals)
Drink – Green Tea (0 Cals)

Snack – Orange (47 Cals)

Lunch – Chicken & boiled rice in Honey & Mustard  (890 Cals)

Snack – Banana (89 Cals)

Evening Meal – Chicken stir fry (home made) (700 Cals)
Drink – Green Tea (0 Cals)

Overall 1921 calories which is certainly better & no junk food!! Well the first weeks nearly over & overall could be better but still 3 more weeks to improve. Time for bed though……i’m knackered!!
