A Fitter Me Now – Day 3 & 4

Hi all

Well the last two days haven’t been great diet wise…

Here’s what i’ve eaten & drank over the last two days:

WEDS

Breakfast – Bran Flakes, Soya Milk (195 Cals)
Drink – Green Tea (0 Cals)

Snack – Nothing (Had no time)

Lunch – Chicken & boiled rice in Honey & Mustard & Orange (937 Cals)

Snack – Banana (89 Cals)

Evening Meal – Southern fried chicken breast, boiled potatoes & mixed veg (710 Cals)
Drink – Green Tea (0 Cals)

Beer – 5 pints Carling (945 Cals – Well it was the England match!! I could of drank more after watching though!)

Overall 2876 calories which is bad. Despite the reducing the calorie intake with food I found that the alcohol screws things up somewhat but it means I will need to take a more serious look at exercise to compensate.

THURS

Breakfast – Nothing (Got up late)
Drink – Green Tea (0 Cals)

Snack – Banana (89 Cals)

Lunch – Sausage & Bacon baguette with red sauce & Orange & tin of Coke (596 Cals)

Snack – Banana & tin of Coke (225 Cals)

Evening Meal – Chinese barbecue spare ribs  (836 Cals)
Drink – Tin of Coke (136 Cals)

Overall 1882 calories which is good but I did eat alot of junk food. I’ve been really tierd of late and not in the mood to do much except slob about. Need a kick up the backside to get me motivated. Any offers???
