A Fitter Me Now – Day 2

Hi all

Well today’s been a good day

Following the A Fitter You Now program here’s what i’ve eaten & drank today.

Breakfast – Bran Flakes, Soya Milk & Banana (284 Cals)
Drink – Green Tea (0 Cals)

Snack – Orange (47 Cals)

Lunch – Chicken & boiled rice in Honey & Mustard & Orange (937 Cals)

Snack – Banana (89 Cals)

Evening Meal - Spaghetti Bolognaise (710 Cals)
Drink – Green Tea (0 Cals)

Overall 2067 calories not bad. Despite the drop in calories the issue with rice/pasta is that as much as it’s filling it also contains alot of calories but I’ve walked 5000 steps whilst at work but will have to increase the amount of exercise.

  1. great blog I too have just started on the road to getting myself back in shape.Although I must say by being on a low gi diet i am really missing the bread and potatoes

    I gave up bread and normal (cows) milk along time ago and now don’t miss either. Stick with it you’ll do fine..
