A Fitter Me Now – Day 1
Hi all
Well here we go. Since the beggining of December I’ve put on just over 1 and a half stone so i’m now 14st 12 lbs. I’m still not back at 16 st which is great but still there no excuse for doing nothing so over the next month i’ll look to improve my health by using the Fitter you Now program I devised.
I won’t promise i’ll be perfect but I will try to follow the plan as best as possible.
Well as first days go today’s not been to bad…
Following the A Fitter You Now program I’ve started to look at what I eat & drink.
Today I’ve had:
Breakfast – Bran Flakes, Soya Milk & Banana (284 Cals)
Drink – Green Tea (0 Cals)
Snack – Orange (47 Cals)
Lunch – Chicken & boiled rice in Honey & Mustard & Orange (937 Cals)
Snack – Banana (89 Cals)
Evening Meal – Homemade Chicken Curry & Boiled rice (812 Cals)
Drink – Green Tea (0 Cals)
Overall 2169 calories not bad. The honey & mustard sauce & curry sauce were both homemade . However at 352 calories for each portion of the rice I need to find an alternative.
I’ve also walked 8000 steps whilst at work carrying computer equipment which isn’t bad considering the snow & ice (horrible stuff)!!
Off to bed soon so looking forward to sleep
